Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

The Role:

The Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions effectively support strategic objectives, operational requirements, and customer outcomes. This role is responsible for leading requirements discovery, business process analysis, solution design, and delivery activities across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce partners with business leaders, product owners, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and external vendors to identify improvement opportunities, define business requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that maximize platform value and user adoption.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and gathering complex business requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement, sales, marketing, and service processes.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solution designs.

Desirable Criteria:

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Platform.
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Aged Care Industry Experience
