Service Advisor – Titan Ford Brookvale

Titan Ford Brookvale is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

This is a key customer-facing position within our dealership. We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organised and takes genuine ownership of their customers and their work.

You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection, working closely with our workshop team to ensure customers are kept informed and work is completed efficiently.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in

• Understanding customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requirements

• Preparing repair orders and coordinating work with the workshop

• Keeping customers proactively updated throughout the day

• Preparing and explaining repair estimates and obtaining customer authorisation

• Identifying and presenting additional service and repair requirements

• Working closely with technicians and the Workshop Foreman to monitor job progress

• Managing promised completion times and communicating delays early

• Ensuring repair orders are accurate and completed promptly

• Following up outstanding work and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Ensuring customers receive a professional handover when collecting their vehicle

• Contributing to departmental customer satisfaction and performance targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership or service environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities

• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

• Good computer and administration skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A positive and professional attitude

• A current Australian driver's licence

Previous Ford dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential. Experienced Service Advisors from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
