MacKillop Family Services is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our Residential Care Program in Warrnambool. Our residential homes provide a safe and caring environment for young people who have experienced abuse, neglect, trauma, and separation from family. Through a therapeutic approach, we support young people to heal, build resilience, and create positive futures.
As a Case Manager, you'll work alongside young people, Residential Care Workers, families, and other professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive. You'll coordinate case plans, advocate for young people's needs, connect them with services, and help create opportunities that support their wellbeing, development, and goals.

We are recruiting a Case Manager based in Warrnambool, VIC within our Residential Care Program. The role reports to the Residential Coordinator and works closely with Residential Care Workers, leadership teams, families, and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week (Work Hours are negotiable)!
