As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that delivers some of Australia's largest and most exciting projects. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, you'll provide expert recruitment support, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help create a positive candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
With opportunities available in Henderson and Bunbury, WA, these full-time positions offer the chance to support recruitment across some of Australia's most significant projects in the Defence, Resources, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. Whether your background is in blue-collar or white-collar recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, learn from industry experts, and grow your career with Civmec. We also welcome applications from candidates based in New Zealand who are interested in relocating to Western Australia.
