Truck Driver – Casual | Caboolture

About the role

As an MR Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of freight throughout Caboolture and surrounding areas, while providing a high standard of service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operating a company-supplied Medium Rigid vehicle
• Loading, securing and unloading freight safely and accurately
• Completing deliveries and collections throughout Caboolture and surrounding areas
• Conducting daily pre-start and vehicle safety checks
• Following allocated delivery schedules and routes
• Ensuring freight is handled safely and with care
• Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle
• Complying with company policies, procedures and safety requirements
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Representing Boss Global Logistics to a high standard

About you

• A current MR Class Driver Licence or higher, held for a minimum of 2 years
• A good driving history
• Good knowledge of Caboolture and surrounding areas
• A strong commitment to safe driving and safe work practices
• A reliable work ethic and positive "can-do" attitude
• The physical capability to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including loading and unloading freight
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
• Steel-capped safety footwear and a hi-vis vest
• Ability to provide suitable employment references
