Site Supervisor

Our client is a well-established commercial builder and highly regarded industry leader, delivering an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects across government, healthcare, education, commercial, aged care, sports and recreation, defence, refurbishments and new builds. With a strong pipeline of projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of delivering some of WA’s standout projects.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum of 2 Years experience of supervisory experience with a head contractor
• Trade Qualified 
• Worked for Tier 2 -3 builders
• Project experience - Education, Template Schools, Low Rise Construction, Defence, Health or Aged Care
• Strong communication skills with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive the team
