Gutter Cleaning Technician – Backed by a 7-Year Government Contract | $35–$40/hr

ProFlo is one of WA's leading exterior maintenance specialists — vacuum-based gutter cleaning, roofing and solar for residential, strata, commercial and government clients. We've just secured a 7-year government schools contract, and we're expanding our team to deliver it.

This isn't stopgap work. It's a permanent, full-time role with years of secured work behind it — the kind of security that's hard to find in this trade.

We use advanced vacuum systems, not ladders and buckets. No hand-scooping in the heat, no outdated back-breaking methods — just efficient, safe, professional work with proper equipment behind you.

The role

•     Cleaning gutters with our high-powered vacuum systems across Perth school sites

•     Maintaining school buildings and grounds during school hours

•     Working safely at heights, around students and staff

•     Spotting and reporting roof and drainage issues before they become problems

•     Starting and finishing each day at our Naval Base depot

What we're looking for

•     Someone reliable, fit and who genuinely takes pride in their work

•     Comfortable and confident working at heights

•     A professional, respectful manner — you'll represent ProFlo on active school sites every day

•     Current WA driver's licence (automatic is fine)

Schools contract requirements (we'll help you get sorted)

•     A current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one before starting

•     A National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

Roofing or heights experience, a White Card or a Working at Heights ticket are all a plus — but if you're reliable and willing to learn, we'll train you properly.
