The Role

This is a role for someone who has just finished their apprenticeship and is looking to extend their knowledge and craft.

• Read and follow plans while completing framing, lock-up, fixing, and fit-off stages

• Work through renovation details and help identify potential issues early

• Report to the Lead Carpenter

• Communicate material needs and maintain a clean, organised site while working alongside apprentices or other carpenters

• This is a wages position with a start date of 7th September

• Recently completed carpentry apprenticeship, with tools and licence

• Keen to keep learning and build on-site experience

• Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional, friendly way

• Willing to problem-solve on-site and ask questions when needed

• Strong communicator with the team and other trades

• Attention to detail and takes pride in the finished product

• Someone who can think on their feet and enjoy the workday
