Associate, Client Services – Cairns

As our business continues to grow nationally, we’re looking for an experienced Associate, Technical Services to join our Client & Technical Services team. This is a technical, fast-paced role where you’ll work alongside Financial Advisers to transform advice strategies into exceptional client outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial advice by:

• Preparing and coordinating Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and supporting documentation.
• Managing the implementation of approved advice strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance and pensions.
• Liaising with clients, product providers and our onshore and offshore support teams.
• Preparing portfolio reports, projections, product comparisons and technical information for Advisers.
• Maintaining accurate client records within Xplan, Wealth Central and related systems.
• Monitoring workflows to ensure advice is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time.
• Supporting Advisers before, during and after client meetings.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes.

About you

You’ll bring experience in financial advice support together with exceptional attention to detail.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Experience preparing or supporting SOAs and ROAs.
• Experience implementing financial advice recommendations.
• Strong understanding of advice workflows and financial services administration.
• Experience working with Xplan or similar advice software.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written communication and document review skills.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement

Experience within a licensed Australian financial advice business will be highly regarded.
