Property Administrator

We have an exciting opening for a Property Administrator to join our Property team Full-Time, at our National Store Support Centre in Rochedale.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Property Business Leads, you'll provide administration and coordination support across Amart's commercial property portfolio.

Working closely with landlords, suppliers, centre management and internal stakeholders, you'll support lease administration, property records, reporting and property projects including store openings, closures and relocations.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build your commercial property knowledge within a fast-paced retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate lease records, critical dates, property information and documentation, including lease data and system updates.
• Assist with lease renewals, options, rent reviews, assignments and other lease matters, as well as property invoices, rent and outgoings.
• Liaise with landlords, centre management, suppliers and internal teams, supporting property enquiries, maintenance, compliance and operational matters.
• Support store openings, closures, relocations and other property projects.
• Assist with property reports, spreadsheets, presentations and general reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in commercial property administration or a similar role, with experience in commercial leases or lease administration highly regarded.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and genuine interest in developing your commercial property knowledge.
• Retail property experience and knowledge of Lease Eagle or a similar property management system are highly regarded.
