About Us: Wharf One Food & Wine, nestled in Darwin's premier dining and entertainment precinct, boasts panoramic views of Darwin Harbour and Lagoon at the Darwin Waterfront. We are currently expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as casual and full-time Bar Supervisors.

Position Overview: As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the success of our multiple outlets, showcasing your expertise in restaurant operations, functions, and bar environments. Join our dynamic and fun team, enjoying the stunning 270-degree water views that make our work environment truly awesome.

Job Openings:

• Casual Bar Supervisor positions (20 - 25 hours/week), leading to full-time.
• Full-time Bar Supervisor positions (2) for experienced individuals with over 3 years of bar and management experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bar and restaurant operations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Flexibility to work 7 days a week, including weekends and evenings.
• For full-time positions, a commitment of 3-4 years is desired.

Wages: based on Restaurant Industry Award 2026 Standards

• Full-Time: Salary based on minimum 38 hours per week. Holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata, with salary determined by level of experience.
