Foh Manager – Sunshine Coast

We’re looking for a hands-on FOH Manager who is ready to lead this new house and bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life creating a place where guests feel at home, the team feels supported, and great hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

You’ll lead the team from the floor, set strong service standards, and keep the venue running smoothly, ensuring financial performance & hospitality while helping us build the Costa Taco culture from the ground up.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and support
• Lead from the floor and set the standard for the team

Operations

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service flow
• Ensure systems, checklists, and procedures are followed
• Maintain strong standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team to keep the venue running smoothly

Financial Performance

• Monitor sales performance and labour efficiency
• Support roster planning in line with business targets
• Contribute to cost control and overall venue performance

Guest Experience

• Bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life in every part of the guest journey
• Create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and at home
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Make sure every guest experience reflects Costa Taco’s hospitality standards

About You

• Experience as a FOH Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role
• Comfortable working with KPIs, including sales, labour costs and overall venue performance
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable being present and active on the floor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident managing a busy, fast-paced venue
• Organised, reliable, and able to keep the team moving
• Passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excited to help build a strong team and culture in a brand-new Costa Taco house
