Project Manager

Project located in Northam Combination of site-based work and Perth office flexibility 12 Month Max term

Working alongside the Operations Manager, oversee the project lifecycle of Modular building installs and fit outs

THE ROLE

Managing entire project from commencement to completionProject planning, scheduling, cost control and budgetingManage client and subcontractor relationshipsLead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standardsManaging and maintaining the design processDevelopment and management of project programmes & timelinesExperience in estimating (highly desirable)Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetingsCreate and modify ITP’s and SWMSRaise RFI’s and track responses

About You

Experience in a similar role, managing construction/modular install projects in a contractor environmentLeadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilitiesA high level of understanding and appreciation for safetyCommercial acumen Programming and planning skillsContract awareness and cost tracking experienceAbility to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal team membersSelf-managing while working well in a team environmentProven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
