Wait staff / Bartenders Wanted Monday to Friday Role

Mordeo is currently seeking a section waitperson and a bartender to join our team.

We are a busy restaurant and bar located in the heart of the CBD above Martin place. Serving a regular corporate clientele Monday through till Friday. Beautiful location and a very modern fit out. Shifts are Monday through till Friday.

To be successful you must

1. have at least 2 years experience

2. able to run a section

3. Good knowledge of wines is preferred but training will be provided

4. have a fun and energetic and outgoing personality

5. have great personal appearance

6. have a passion for hospitality

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a strong work ethic and be a hands on operator

• Posses excellent people and communication skills

• Have strong organisational skills

• Have strong knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer and spirits

• Show a positive, vibrant and enthusiastic personality

• Lead by example

• Be able to maintain a calm demeanour in a fast paced, high intensity environment

• Be up to date with current bar and industry trends

• Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry
