Internal Sales Support Officer

Position Overview

We’re looking for two Internal Sales Support Officers to join our Access Control Solutions team. These roles are an important link between our customers, Sales team and internal operations, helping ensure enquiries, quotations and orders are handled accurately and on time. While the core responsibilities are similar, one position has a stronger administration and order management focus, while the other works more closely with Sales and national customer accounts.

What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional, timely support.
• Prepare accurate quotations and help customers identify the right product solutions.
• Coordinate customer orders, invoicing and delivery with Sales, technical, projects, warehouse and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records, follow up quotes and support account, contract and sales activities.

What we require

• Experience in a sales support, internal sales, customer service or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Good computer skills and confidence working across systems, customer portals and Microsoft Office.

What we prefer

• Experience preparing quotations, processing orders or supporting a sales team.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax or similar business systems.
• Experience in access solutions, technical products or a related industry would be advantageous.
