More about the role:

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic Consumer & Brand team in Sydney.

Working across a portfolio of globally recognised lifestyle brands, you will play an active, high-energy role in delivering integrated, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through the noise.

This role is ideal for a proactive communications practitioner, ideally with agency experience, who brings strong media pitching chops, a passion for creator and influencer engagement, and the hustle needed to land big ideas in culture.

As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of daily campaign execution across earned media, social platforms, and creator channels, helping shape creative moments, building genuine media and creator relationships, and driving standout coverage for our clients.

What you'll do:

• Proactively build, nurture, and maintain active relationships with lifestyle journalists, media outlets, talent managers, digital creators, and influencers.
• Land client stories and creative moments in culture through persistent, targeted media pitching, creator seeding, and campaign events and activations.
• Write clear, compelling, and creative communications materials, including pitch angles, media releases, social copy, talent briefs, campaign decks, and client updates.
• Day-to-day coordination across client accounts, ensuring campaign milestones, coverage trackers, product send-outs, and reporting are executed accurately and on time.
• Actively monitor traditional media, social channels, and emerging platforms to identify cultural trends, real-time reactive opportunities, and industry news relevant to our clients.
• Bring fresh energy, creative thinking, and proactive ideas to brainstorms, client planning sessions, and new business pitches.
• Manage media lists, influencer contracts, product seeding logistics, sample tracking, and account reporting with strong attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a PR agency or fast-paced consumer/brand marketing environment.
• Proven ability (and genuine enjoyment) of pitching stories to media and engaging content creators to secure impactful coverage.
• Strong understanding of how creators, influencers, and social platforms work, with experience negotiating or executing creator activations.
• A self-starter mindset where you don't wait to be told what to do but ask questions, bring solutions, put your hand up for new challenges, and own your work.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to write sharp pitches, engaging content, and clean client updates.
• Strong organisational skills and the resilience to prioritise, multi-task, and deliver high-quality work under tight agency deadlines.
• A deep passion (and obsession) for lifestyle trends, media consumption, brand storytelling, and current affairs.
