Our multidisciplinary team supports people across the lifespan, with a strong focus on meaningful outcomes, sustainability, and supporting clinicians to do their best work.

Day-trip flying model
All regional travel is completed as day trips. Flights typically depart Adelaide Airport around 7:30am, with return by approximately 4:00pm.

Deliver high-impact therapy and assessments to communities with genuine need, while expanding your clinical skill set in a supported environment.
Clinical variety and development
You will have:
Generalist caseload across paediatric, adolescent, and adult participants
Opportunities to shape your caseload around your clinical interests where possible
Exposure to a broad range of presentations, supporting ongoing skill development and clinical growth
Supportive multidisciplinary team
Work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative, values-driven team with strong clinical governance and support.
This role suits a rural-generalist Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech Therapist, who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across different environments.
We welcome applications from qualified Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, or Physiotherapists.
You will:
Deliver therapy and/or assessments across adult and paediatric participants
Work within schools, homes, and community settings
Travel to regional and remote SA as part of scheduled day trips
Complete high-quality clinical reports (if interested) with protected admin time
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions, shared planning, and coordinated care to support strong, participant-centred outcomes
You will have:
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist (no restrictions)
Speech Therapists must hold relevant professional body registration
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
Experience working with NDIS participants, or a strong understanding of the scheme
Experience across paediatric and adult caseloads, or willingness to work across both
Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
A current driver's licence
Australian citizenship is required for this position
