Talinga Construction is a fast-growing, Sydney-based builder delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for an Site Foreman to join our team and lead the successful delivery of small to medium scale projects.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organised, motivated, and looking to grow their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

About the role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activity, ensuring the smooth progress of works, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, trades, suppliers, and the office team, you'll play a key role in driving projects forward. This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who is organised, motivated, and looking to grow their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Running pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.

• Supervise all site activities, ensuring work is carried out to specification and program

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity

• Review and interpret drawings, plans and schedules

• Identify potential issues early and find practical solutions on the ground

• Maintain site records, checklists and defect lists and update daily to Construction Manager

About you

• More than 3 years experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager is preferred

• Good communication and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of OHS regulations and Australian building standards

• Mandarin skills are a bonus but not required
