What would I be doing? 

An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Area Manager responsible for maintaining a high-quality service to our clients through leading, coaching and mentoring a diverse and successful disability employment team, including:

• Develop and implement sustainable strategic plans.
• Oversee the delivery of client-focused employment programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and networks.

What you’ll need 

• Experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
• Experience in staff performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability to achieve individual and team outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
