TCLH seek passionate and experienced Chefs to join our team across our existing and exciting new projects. We have a range of casual opportunities available across both our Managed Camps and Relief Pool.

These roles will be ex Perth.

DUTIES INVOLVED

• Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience

• Adapt to different kitchens and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes

• Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp and village facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)  

• Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence 

• Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)

• Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
