About the role: About the role:  Step into a key support role on our High Risk Assembly floor! As Assembly Coordinator, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Assembly Supervisor and Line Leaders to keep production running smoothly, driving quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and a team culture built on clear direction, open communication, and success. It's also a great opportunity to boost engagement and retention across the team.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 1:54pm – 10pm

What you'll be doing:

Safety & Quality

• Lead by example on safety culture and compliance
• Partner with QA to drive meal quality

Training & Support

• Bring our How We Work Together Commitments to life
• Coach the team on correct processes and standards

Operational Performance

• Support Line Leaders to hit agreed line rates
• Keep production on schedule, flagging issues early
• Own downtime tracking, GMP, and Right First Time outcomes
