Customer Service Representative

Buggo Pest Control is a friendly, laid-back local pest control business based in Miranda, directly opposite Westfield. We’re a close-knit team and are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join us in the office.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, keeping things organised and being part of a busy, friendly team.

You’ll be helping with the day-to-day running of the office and supporting our technicians out in the field.

• Answering phone calls and helping customers with enquiries

• Booking pest control appointments

• Scheduling and coordinating our technicians

• Responding to emails and general correspondence

• Assisting with general office administration

• Helping keep the team organised and things running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers

• Organised and great with attention to detail

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

• Reliable and able to work well independently

• A positive team player who fits into our relaxed office environment

Previous reception, admin or scheduling experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential. Pest control experience is also not required — we’ll teach you what you need to know!

📍 Location: Miranda, NSW – opposite Westfield
🗓️ Part-time or casual – approximately 4 days per week
⏰ Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
