As our Client Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the client journey, working closely with internal teams to ensure every purchaser receives a seamless and personalised experience from contract to settlement and beyond.
About the RoleAs a Client Services Coordinator you’ll be part of the team who are the trusted point of contact for purchasers and help the team guide them on their journey from contract signing through to post-settlement. Bring every milestone together by coordinating internal teams and creating a seamless experience at every stage, while building strong relationships, solving problems and ensuring every detail counts.
Key Responsibilities· Coordinate client meetings, walkthroughs and key touchpoints throughout the customer journey. · Manage client enquiries and ensure timely, professional communication. · Assist with client customisation requests and coordinate outcomes with internal teams and suppliers. · Support settlement activities, including inspections, documentation and handover preparation. · Maintain accurate client records, reporting and CRM data while supporting client engagement initiatives.
Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will bring: · Experience in customer service, administration, property, real estate or construction.· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.· Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.· A proactive, solutions-focused approach, a commitment to customer experience and a current driver’s licence.
