As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver innovative recruitment solutions, drive attraction strategies, and create exceptional candidate experiences. Role & Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage top talent through passive recruitment strategiesBuild strong relationships with external stakeholders and local education providersDevelop partnerships to support future talent pipelinesEducate internal teams on networking and talent pooling techniquesProvide insights through recruitment and market analyticsContribute to strategic workforce planning and recruitment initiativesRepresent the organisation through professional networking opportunities
About you?
Qualification in Human Resources or similar, or experience in relevant field Current drivers’ licence 3+ years in a similar position Outstanding communication with evidence of highly developed skills in problem-solving and negotiation. Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectives Excellent administration skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage own workload and meet deadlines Strong competency in the use of Microsoft Suite, recruitment programs
Desirable
Recruitment experience in Independent Schools environment
You will also be required to have or be willing to obtain a NSW Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) , NDIS Worker Screening Check , National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) and partake in a functional assessment
