Roles and responsibilities:Minimum 2-4 AMS / Support Projects in LMS and PMGMSucessFactors certifications in LMS, PMGM and either one of the modules of Talent ManagementHands on experience in Creating Assignment Proles, LMS Roles, Curricula, Integration with other third-party modules and SF ECHands on experience in Plateau Report Designer ToolHands on experience in Custom calculations in Goal templatesGood Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance ProcessesExperience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirementsExperience in Route maps and step typesExperience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissionsExperience in Calibration processHave worked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degreeExperience in working with integration between SuccessFactors and third party vendors.13.Able to lead customer discussions and workshops.
