Join a progressive boutique Chartered Accounting firm in Southern Sydney, specialising in SMSF, tax and business advisory services. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a high-quality client base, the firm offers a collaborative environment where senior staff are trusted with autonomy, client ownership and involvement in key decisions. 

This is a key leadership role within the firm, offering the opportunity to manage a substantial client portfolio while working closely with Partners on both client strategy and practice operations. 

The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of SMSF and business services clients end-to-end  

• Oversee SMSF compliance, strategy and reporting  

• Review complex financial statements and tax returns  

• Provide high-level tax planning and business advisory services  

• Act as a trusted adviser to clients  

• Lead workflow, deadlines and quality control across engagements  

• Mentor and develop junior and senior team members  

• Work closely with Partners on technical and operational matters  

About You: 

• 7+ years’ Australian public practice experience  

• Strong hands-on SMSF expertise essential  

• Solid background in tax and business services  

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)  

• Proven leadership and team management capability  

• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills  

• Ability to manage a portfolio independently
