Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen team and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.

• Preparing high-quality dishes that meet the company's standards for taste and presentation.

• Ensuring food safety, quality, and consistency.

• Assisting in menu planning and developing new recipes.

• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.

• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Creativity and a passion for food.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
