Head of Enterprise Fraud Governance

NAB is seeking an experienced risk, fraud and governance leader to lead the development and oversight of our enterprise-wide fraud governance framework.

Lead NAB’s enterprise-wide fraud governance strategy and help shape how we manage emerging fraud risks.Influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across risk, operations, technology, compliance and broader business units.Protect NAB’s customers, people and reputation while delivering lasting improvements across fraud risk management and controls.

You’llmake An Impact Each Day By

Lead the planning and coordination of key enterprise fraud forums and outcomes, shaping agendas, papers, and decision pathways that support effective governance and strategic outcomes.Drive the enterprise fraud governance rhythm, ensuring seamless management of meeting packs, minutes, action registers, key dependencies, decisions, and escalations.Monitor and enhance governance effectiveness through meaningful performance metrics, including decision quality, action delivery, stakeholder engagement, and overall outcomes.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Executive, Fraud Governance, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance practices and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Significant senior-level experience in governance, risk, compliance, legal, operational, or professional services environments.Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide forums, strategic programs, portfolios, or complex cross-functional initiatives.Proven ability to deliver complex regulatory, risk, governance, or remediation programs within large and dynamic organisations.Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making and leading teams through complexity, ambiguity, and change.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
