Disability Support Worker NDIS – Female

This is a unique role for a female Disability Support Worker with excellent English skills who is looking for set days and times with the ability to contribute to the Cleaning Support team as well.

We don’t just clean homes; we support independence.

• Approx 20 hours (potential for more) per week.

Client 1 – Needs SW for 3 hours. Flexible for any day between Tues-Thurs. Lives in North Brisbane (Deception Bay area)

Client 2 – Needs SW. 3 hours Tues & 7 hours Thurs (can be flexible on days potentially). Lives 25kms South-Esat of Brisbane

+ 1 day cleaning around Brisbane area.

• Type: Casual or Contractor
• Salary: $33.85 + depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

As a cleaner in our team, you will be a brand ambassador delivering outstanding service:

• Provide essential home cleaning services for NDIS participants.
• Ensure a clean and hygienic living environment based on participants’ specific needs.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and emptying bins.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• We supply all tools and products needed to get the job done.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Based in the local Brisbane or Gold Coast area.
• Current Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working With Children (Blue Card) or eligibility to obtain.
• Smartphone & data access for our online rostering ‘shift care’ ap.
• Ability to safely perform manual cleaning duties.

All checks must be obtained prior to starting work.

Highly Regarded- but not required

• Certificate II or III in Cleaning Operations.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Formal infection control training.
