About the role
Brunswick Group is seeking an experienced Executive to join our growing Sydney office.
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, transactions advisory, equity research, investor relations, financial communications, or legal advisory roles involving corporate transactions, governance, regulatory matters, shareholder engagement, disputes, or other complex stakeholder situations, who is looking to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic advisory environment.
At Brunswick, we advise many of the world's most influential companies, investors, financial sponsors, and institutions on high-stakes situations where reputation, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement intersect. Our work spans M&A, shareholder engagement, IPOs, capital raisings, activism defense, crisis and issues management, financial results communications, and broader corporate reputation challenges.
You will work closely with senior Brunswick advisors and corporate leaders across Australia and internationally, helping clients navigate complex strategic situations and communicate effectively with investors, media, regulators, employees, and other stakeholders.
