Irrigation Installer/Technician

Overview

We are seeking an Irrigation Installer/Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be involved in the installation, commissioning and servicing of residential, commercial, agricultural, & industrial projects. This would be a great role for anyone who loves working outside with their hands. Transferrable skills will be recognised.

More about the role

• Installation of sprinklers and drip irrigation as per designs

• Installation of pump sets and filter assemblies.

• Installation of PVC & poly pipe systems

• Programming & installation of control systems

• Compliance with Plumbing/Irrigation regulations

• Build positive relationships with customers and co workers

• Customer service in our retail store as required

• Maintain a safe working environment through the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment

• Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies and organisational values

Skills and experience

• Energetic and physically fit

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Experience in the irrigation, plumbing, landscaping or turf management industries would be highly valued

• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence (manual)

• Enthusiasm and adaptability

• Problem solving and time management with the ability to prioritise workload

• Value the importance of great customer service

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work both and as part of a team and autonomously when needed
