About the role
We are looking for Bookings Officers to join our team in the Townsville region. These are permanent positions offered on a full-time basis.

The Bookings Team are responsible for making appointments for our patients across our Townsville practices. The role is based in our Cowboys practice, with potential requirements to rotate through the Townsville Region. This role is predominantly phone based. You will be provided a thorough training program for you to learn the complexities of the role, our locations and bookings processes. 

About You

• Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
• Professional personal presentation
