Take on a key role as a Scaffolder on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, strong support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion.

Casual Rates commencing from:

Scaffolder Intermediate:

Dayshift: $59.83 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties

Nightshift: $71.79 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties

Scaffolder Advanced: 

Dayshift: $62.95 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties

Nightshift: $75.54 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties

Allowances:

• Site Allowance: $4.50 per hour
• Mobilisation Payment: 14.4 hours (2x standard OTE days) paid first full pay period, following successful completion of your first work cycle

The Role

• Erection and dismantling of scaffolding 
• Installation of access platforms, walkways and temporary structures 
• Modifications to scaffolding to support ongoing upgrade works across the machine
• Inspection, tagging, and maintenance of scaffolding to meet safety standards
• Compliance with site safety requirements, load ratings and engineered designs

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• High risk work licence: SI or SA 
• BHP experience desirable
• 2 years experience in construction/maintenance
• VOC (within 2 years of issue)
• Construction White Card
• Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
• Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
• Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
