Our state-of-the-art laboratories are strategically placed to help provide a wide range of inspection and laboratory testing services across a broad range of commodities.
The Opportunity
We are seeking applicants for the position of Laboratory Assistant for our XRF department, who are excited by the challenges of our business and variety this roles offers. You will be based at Sorbonne Crescent in Canning Vale, WA and will be responsible for using specialised equipment and performing manual handling tasks to prepare samples and perform laboratory testing. You will also be involved in the simulation of minerals production processes in order to test the properties of mineral samples.

Weighing, digestion and preparation of samples for analysisFollow and adhere to laboratory proceduresUndertake tasks as requested by the supervisorMeet quality, TATs and KPI’s required for the role.Maintain good laboratory housekeeping.

Roster
Monday to Friday 8 hour shift rotational roster
Day shift (6.00am – 2.00pm)Afternoon shift (2.00pm – 10.00pm)Night shift (10.00pm – 6.00am)Full availability across all shifts is requiredRoster may also change in future to meet business requirements
