Holiday Inn Express - Adelaide - Catering Supervisor

THE POSITION

• Lead and support the team throughout daily morning shifts
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Support the Cook with daily kitchen operations
• Utilise Compass systems for inventory management, rostering etc. 
• Available 5:30am - 2pm across the 7 days. 

THE PERSON

• Reliable personal transport is preferred 
• Intermediate administrative skills; experience with a rostering tool (such as Deputy) is a plus
• Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
• Skilled in managing customer and client relationships
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing small hospitality teams
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
