Lead the flex workspace experience for one of Australia's largest institutional investors | Melbourne CBD

• Own the day-to-day operations of a premium flex workspace in Melbourne CBD
• Build direct relationships with IFM Investors, one of Australia's most recognised institutional asset managers
• Hands-on role spanning operations, client service, sales support and community building
• Some out-of-hours availability required for client events

CBRE is looking for a Workspace Experience Manager to lead operations at our Flex by IFM Investors location in Melbourne CBD. You will be the face of the space: the person tenants and guests turn to, the one who keeps every detail in order, and the driving force behind a workplace that feels effortless to use.

You notice what needs doing before anyone asks, take ownership without being chased, and bring genuine warmth to every client interaction. This role suits experienced property or coworking professionals, and equally suits hospitality managers ready to make the move into commercial property. The skills translate directly.
