Snap-on Tools Mobile Store Manager

This position is for a highly motivated  person with a passion for the automotive industry. You will be employed by an existing Snap-on Tools franchisee with over 25 years experience and running multiple mobile businesses in the Mandurah, Rockingham ,Melville and Canning vale areas, you will be trained in all facets of the business.

From a mobile store vehicle you will be visiting various automotive workshops on a defined call list, you will be expected to assist the franchisee in maintaining and growing these business relationships as well as establishing new customers.

Operating on a weekly call cycle you will assist the franchisee in running all aspects of the mobile store, this includes demonstrating and selling our wide range of products, setting terms, collecting payments, writing finance contracts, handling repairs, merchandising store and stock control.

The on-board computer system will assist you in managing customer invoicing, history and back orders.

• Great communication skills, friendly and outgoing disposition  with the ability to build strong & honest customer

• Self-motivated well organised with the ability to work unsupervised.

• A sound knowledge of computer literacy would be favourable.

• The successful applicant will need to be flexible to work extended hours and attend sales meetings and trading as required.

• Currently hold or have the ability to obtain medium rigid licence.

• A background in Automotive/mechanical industries is highly beneficial for this role

Offer

The employment arrangement will be administered as per the "General Retail Industry Award 2010" Remuneration is negotiable based on candidates experience and attributes. In addition a quarterly bonus based on "over and above average sales " will be paid.

Position will be permanent after a 3 month probationary period.
