We are currently seeking a Fulltime Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

What we are looking for:

• A customer service-focused individual with strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation

• A passionate team player who can bring a smile to both colleagues and guests

• Someone with positive energy and a can-do attitude, consistently brought to every shift

• Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry

• Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)

• Full Australian working rights, with availability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

• Flexibility to assist across other departments of the hotel as required

As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:

• Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area

• Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests

• Assist with administrative duties including invoicing and maintaining guest accounts

• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, presentable, and inviting

• Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with other employees, departments, and guests

• Support other hotel departments as needed
