Drouin/Warragul

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred in-home support, helping participants achieve their goals while maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Traralgon – Complex/High Care Opportunity

We're also seeking experienced Support Workers for a complex/high-care client based in Traralgon. This role involves long-duration shifts and is ideal for support workers with experience in managing complex care needs. Confidence in following care plans, delivering personal care, and responding to high-support requirements is essential.

Who You Are

• Certified: You hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a Nursing qualification.

• Flexible: You are able to work early mornings and day shifts.

• Passion-Driven: You are genuinely passionate about providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community.

• Proactive: You thrive on challenges, are eager to meet new people, and enjoy a diverse workday.

• Experienced: You have hands-on experience working with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker

Depending on your experience and the client’s needs, you might:

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).

• Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.

• Help around the home with cleaning, cooking, and shopping.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Encourage community participation and independence.
