Disability Support Worker – Muswellbrook NSW 2333Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide person-centred support to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.This opportunity is ideal for support workers seeking extra shifts to complement their existing schedule.About This Role:Providing support to a young male participant.Assisting with attending appointments.Assisting with other life administration support.Assisting with community access and participation in activities.About You:To be successful in this role, you must:Have strong and clear communication skills.Be patient, organised, and comfortable providing support with personal administration and organisational tasks.Be professional, reliable, and punctual.Have the ability to work independently.Have a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.Be willing to assist with appointments, calendars, reminders, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.Demonstrate flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.Shifts Available (Ongoing):Every Friday, 3 hours per day.Essential Compliance Requirements:NDIS Worker Screening Check.Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.Working With Children Check (WWCC).Full Australian Driver Licence.Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.Full Australian working rights.About Us:At AHS, we pride ourselves on our warm, inclusive culture.
