Civil Site Supervisor

This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor who wants more than just a job. Someone motivated and ready to take ownership of their role, improve systems and help shape how we operate as the business grows.

You will work closely with a small supportive team where flexibility, initiative and clear communication are essential. This role is contract to begin with a 3-month timeline however happy to extend for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site and lead a small crew in a practical, hands-on environment.
• Operations & Logistics: Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials.
• Compliance & Systems: Ensure compliance with company procedures, systems, and ISO requirements. Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Documentation & Digital Tools: Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation. Use and adapt to systems such as Form Sumo and 6cloud.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Maintain strong health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Problem-solve on site, adapt to changing conditions, and contribute to improving systems and processes as the business grows.

About You - Skills and Experience
 
You will bring proven experience in civil construction or site-based roles where flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on approach are essential. You have a strong understanding of site procedures, systems, and process-driven environments, with the ability to work effectively within structured compliance frameworks.
Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil construction or site-based roles, with at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Certifications: Must hold both S26 Certification and DEMIRS, and be confident working within regulated site environments.
• Licences & Clearances: Current clean manual driver's licence with HR classification and a clean National Police Clearance. Full Australian working rights required.
• Location: Western Australian resident, based in either Perth or Kalgoorlie (only Perth and Kalgoorlie residents will be considered).
• Medical Fitness: Ability to successfully pass a full pre-employment medical, including site-specific fitness and ongoing drug and alcohol screening requirements.

Technical & Personal Attributes

• Software & Admin: Comfortable using digital systems (such as Form Sumo and 6cloud) or able to quickly adapt to new platforms. Strong attention to detail and solid Microsoft Office skills.
• System Improvement: The capability to not only follow systems but actively contribute to improving them within a growing business.
• Communication: Clear, practical communication skills with the confidence to engage with site teams to support safe and efficient operations.
• Desirables: Experience in auditing and compliance will be highly regarded. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an advantage, but not essential.
