Aerial Work Pilot - Single Engine Piston Fixed Wing

Helicopter Logistics is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified fixed wing pilots to fulfil a full-time position based at either Jandakot or Bunbury, Western Australia. This position is available for an immediate start.

Helicopter Logistics is an experienced provider of Aerial Work services operating both fixed wing and rotary aircraft. Our primary contracts support Land Managements projects for the Dept Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Low Level Aerial work to support Feral Animal control and Aerial Survey

• Providing Aerial Support and Communications to assist with Fire management

Essential Requirements

• Australian CPL(A)

• Australian Class 1 Medical

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Minimum 1000 hours time as Pilot in Command

• Excellent communication skills

• Willing to be based in Perth or Bunbury with periods away, operating from remote locations

• Flexible and willing to work in a small company in a variety of roles

Desirable Experience / Qualifications

• Low Level Rating with Operational experience

• Experience with Part 138 Aerial Work Operations

• Experience with Gipps Aero GA8

• Previous Experience in a Fire or Land Management role

• Previous Experience operating in Remote Locations
