As our Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in crafting culinary magic. You'll work alongside a talented team, transforming the freshest Tasmanian ingredients into well thought-out dishes that leave our guests in awe.

The Shipwrights Arms, nestled in the heart of Hobart's historic Battery Point, is a beacon of Tasmanian hospitality. We're not just a restaurant; we're an experience! With our doors open seven days a week, we are conveniently located within walking distance of Salamanca, the CBD, Mona ferries, and Wrest Point Casino.
Our dedication to Tasmanian cuisine and culture is unwavering. We take pride in showcasing the finest local ingredients, creating dishes that tell a story of our island's rich culinary heritage.
The Role:
Previous experience in a similar role
Section management - be able to handle and run all sections of the kitchen
Menu execution
Quality control
Inventory + Ordering
Team collaboration
Problem solving
Provide necessary leadership
