About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to join our Sampling Team.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent premium liquor brands by conducting in-store tastings and engaging customers in meaningful conversations that educate, inspire, and drive sales.

This is much more than handing out samples—you'll play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences while helping some of Australia's leading alcohol brands grow their presence in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store product tastings and sampling activations.
• Confidently engage customers in friendly conversations.
• Share product knowledge and tell compelling brand stories.
• Recommend products and encourage customer purchases.
• Represent premium liquor brands with professionalism.
• Set up and pack down sampling stations.
• Maintain presentation standards throughout each activation.
• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times.

About You:

We're looking for people who enjoy interacting with others and can confidently represent our clients' brands.

Essential Requirements:

• Current RSA Certification
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to assigned stores
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
• Passion or genuine interest in beer, wine, and spirits desirable (but not essential)
• Retail, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience
• Previous Brand Ambassador or Sampling experience
• Customer service experience

Full training will be provided to successful applicants.

Availability Requirements:

Applicants must be available during the following campaign shifts:

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Campaign commencement: Late September 2026.
