Ocean Shores Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our vibrant, patient-centred general practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a collaborative team of GPs, nurses, and admin staff. This position will primarily cover maternity leave, with the possibility of ongoing employment for the right candidate.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The RN will play a key role in assessing patients' needs, implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing

• Minimum 1 year GP or primary care experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism

• Immunisation accredited or working towards.
