Social Media Creator for Busy Bakery

We are seeking a confident, energetic and reliable Front-of-House Barista & Social Media Content Creator to join our busy bakery team in Burpengary.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys making customers feel welcome and has a genuine interest in creating engaging short-form videos and photos for social media. You will be an important part of the face of our bakery—helping deliver fast, friendly service while creating content that shows off our coffee, food, team and day-to-day bakery life.

Casual, part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with 30+ hours per week available for the right person.

Your main focus will be front-of-house service, coffee making and social-media content, including:

• Making consistently high-quality coffee and drinks during busy service periods.

• Greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments and delivering friendly service.

• Working quickly and accurately during morning, lunch and weekend rushes.

• Keeping the coffee station, counter, displays and customer areas clean, stocked and well presented.

• Setting up the shop, restocking food and drink displays, packing orders and assisting customers with product selections.

• Creating regular short-form social-media content for the bakery, including Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, Stories and TikTok-style clips.

• Filming and photographing coffee, bakery products, specials, displays, behind-the-scenes moments and team content.

• Appearing in videos and speaking on camera where appropriate.

• Editing short videos using mobile apps such as CapCut, Instagram or TikTok.

• Bringing forward fresh ideas to help promote products, specials and the personality of the bakery.

• You have proven barista experience and can make good coffee quickly and consistently.

• You have front-of-house, café, hospitality or customer-service experience.

• You are naturally friendly, confident, upbeat and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers.

• You are comfortable being on camera and can present professionally for social-media content.

• You have prior experience creating social-media content and can provide examples of your videos, Reels, TikToks, photos or relevant accounts.

• You understand what makes short-form video engaging and can create content that suits a local bakery audience.

• You are reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

• You notice the small details: clean displays, good product presentation, accurate orders and a welcoming shop atmosphere.

• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is highly regarded.

• Consistent work and stable hours.
