From orthotics and nuclear medicine to mining, ship building, transport, manufacturing, food production and bulk handling to conveying and many more vital industries, this broad business base provides E-Plas with a strong and sustainable foundation from which we are able to grow and continue to adapt to an ever changing industrial landscape.

The Internal Sales Representative is an office-based role that primarily provides Customer Service to E-Plas Customers both through telephone and counter enquiries, quotation and sales. The secondary role responsibility is to provide support to our external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide highest level of Customer Service, when addressing Customer enquiries whether via telephone, email or direct counter sales

• Record activity in Sales Day Book

• Quote prices in accordance with E-Plas Price and Policy

• Follow-up on Customer Enquiries and Quotes to confirm status; secure the order

• Process Sales Orders and confirm their status with the customers

• Provide support to external sales team; Account Managers

• Raise and receive in Local Purchase Orders as required

• Branch sales clerical and related other duties

• Make Stock Availability enquiries and create Stock Transfers to E-Plas Branches

• Follow-up E-Plas work in progress with Local Sub-contractors
