About the Role: We're looking for an efficient and friendly Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our care community and provide crucial support to our team. Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community. Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.
