About youYou are an experienced tender writer with a sharp eye for detail, strong bid management capability and a talent for bringing together compelling, client-focused submissions. You think strategically, manage competing deadlines with confidence and contribute ideas that help teams produce high-quality responses to RFTs, RFPs and other tender opportunities.
Working closely with our marketing specialists, partners and lawyers, you will play a key role in contributing to, coordinating and managing the bid process from start to finish, helping to ensure responses are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard. You will use your skills to:
write persuasive proposals, tenders and quotationsdraft tailored client and practice group capability statementsproject manage timelines and source contributionscollaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in bid responses, andattend debriefs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
