About the role
Santa Maria Novella Store Manager - Strand Arcade
This position is responsible for executing the sales strategy on behalf of Santa Maria Novella in their Sydney flagship store located in the historic Strand Arcade. The Santa Maria Novella product specialist delivers a captivating branded customer experience and drives consistent sales growth that positively represents our prestigious brand. This position is a key role in championing sales goals and effectively representing Santa Maria Novella. This role will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm’s core values of: Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.
Reporting directly to the State Retail Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Provide the highest level of elevated, professional customer service
• Build strong customer loyalty through executing all parts of the Santa Maria Novella customer experience
• Focus on building replenishment business and driving sales in accordance with the business plan
Requirements:
• Strong retail beauty or fragrance industry experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously with a small team; Willing to take on new challenges/opportunities as they arise
